How does Midsummer end?
The play ends with four weddings: Theseus and Hippolyta's planned wedding, Demetrius and Helena's reconciled one, and the surprising ones of Lysander and Hermia, and Oberon and Titania. Theseus declares a general feast. Then, Puck enters and delivers an epilogue in which he asks the audience for forgiveness if anything in the play seemed offensive or improbable.
