According to Romeoville's Municipal Code, Title 7 - Intoxicating Liquors, Chapter 7.1 - General Requirements, Section 7.1-15 - Hours during which alcoholic liquors may not be sold, offered, or otherwise dispensed; Consumption on premise prohibitions:

* Alcohol sales are not permitted between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. daily.

* Liquor licensees may sell or otherwise dispense alcohol between the hours of 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. on the following day, provided that no alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer is consumed after 2 a.m. on the licensed premise.

* Any person who violates this provision is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Section 1-2-8.
