When was Saito Kinen Festival Matsumoto created?

The Saito Kinen Festival Matsumoto was established in 1992 to commemorate the works of the Japanese composer Hideo Saito (1902–1974) and to promote the performance of his music. The festival is held annually in Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan.
