Why did Sarah Good confess to practicing witchcraft?

There is no proof that Sarah Good ever confessed to practicing witchcraft. Good was one of the first people accused of witchcraft during the Salem Witch Trials, ultimately leading to her execution by hanging on July 19, 1692.
