Who has wand in the deathly hollows?

The Elder Wand, the most powerful wand in the world, belonged to Harry Potter by the end of the Deathly Hallows. After seizing it from Draco Malfoy in the sixth book, Harry became its rightful master until he chose to sacrifice it by snapping it in half and throwing the pieces into the abyss beneath Hogwarts.
