Which type of junk did the Wizard call Tin Woodman?

The Wizard in "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" never actually calls the Tin Woodman "junk".

The Wizard refers to the Tin Woodman as a "man of tin" and expresses surprise that he is "so well made."

The term "junk" is not used in the book to describe the Tin Woodman.
