Power was born in New York City on June 23, 1994. She began training as a wrestler at the age of 15. She made her professional wrestling debut in 2015. Power competed on the independent circuit for several years before signing with WWE in 2017.
Power made her WWE debut in July 2017, appearing on the NXT brand. She aligned herself with Sonya Deville and Paige, forming the faction called Absolution. Power and Deville won the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship twice.
In 2019, Power was moved to the Raw brand. She formed a tag team with Dana Brooke and won the WWE 24/7 Championship twice. Power also competed in the Money in the Bank ladder match, but was unsuccessful in winning the contract.
In 2020, Power was drafted to the SmackDown brand. She became the valet for Otis, and the two of them won the WWE Mixed Match Challenge. Power also competed in the Royal Rumble match, but was eliminated by Bianca Belair.
In 2021, Power won the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship. She held the title for 413 days, making her the longest-reigning champion in the history of the title. Power lost the title to Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 38.
