What to press for that Pokemon permanent shiny cheat?

There is no such thing as a "Pokemon permanent shiny cheat". Shiny Pokemon are a rare variation of normal Pokemon that have a different color scheme. They are not available through any normal means in the game and cannot be permanently acquired through cheats.
