How do you unlock the recon chopper transformers?

To unlock the Recon Chopper Transformer, you need to complete the following steps:

1. Complete the "Airborne" chapter in the Liberation Story.

2. Complete the side mission "The Last Ride".

3. Reach Hunter Rank 10.

4. Complete the Recon Choppers quest.

Once you have completed all of these steps, the Recon Chopper Transformer will be unlocked.
