How do you get escape ropes on Pokemon diamond with action replay?

1. Start by opening your Action Replay and selecting the Pokémon Diamond game.

2. Go to the "Codes" tab and click on the "Add New Code" button.

3. In the "Code" field, paste the following code:

94000130 FFFB0000

4. In the "Description" field, type "Escape Rope".

5. Click on the "Add" button to add the code to your Action Replay.

6. Now, when you go to your inventory in-game, you will find the Escape Rope under the "Key Items" tab. Use an escape rope when in a room, on any floor in most dungeons.
