How do you catch Arceus in Pokemon diamond pearl platinum without action replay or cheating?

You cannot catch Arceus in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum without the use of cheating or action replay. Arceus is only obtainable through the Hall of Origin event in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, or by transferring it from Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
