Early Moves:
* Tackle: A basic physical attack.
* Growl: Lowers the opponent's Attack stat.
* Withdraw: Raises the user's Defense stat.
* Razor Leaf: A powerful Grass-type attack.
* Vine Whip: A physical Grass-type attack.
* Mud-Slap: A special attack that also lowers the opponent's accuracy.
Later Moves:
* Synthesis: Heals the user's HP.
* Seed Bomb: A powerful Grass-type attack with high accuracy.
* Ancient Power: A powerful Rock-type attack.
* Energy Ball: A special Grass-type attack with high power.
* Leaf Storm: A very powerful Grass-type attack, but it lowers the user's Special Attack.
* Protect: Protects the user from an attack.
Egg Moves:
* Bullet Seed: A fast physical Grass-type attack.
* Nature Power: The move type depends on the terrain.
* Grass Whistle: A status move that can put the opponent to sleep.
TM/HM Moves:
Turtwig can also learn many moves via TMs and HMs, including:
* Substitute: Creates a substitute to take damage.
* Toxic: Poisons the opponent.
* Hidden Power: A move that varies in type based on the individual Pokemon.
* Solar Beam: A very powerful Grass-type attack that requires two turns to charge.
* Strength: A physical move used to move boulders.
