How do you unlock dumbledore in Lego Harry Potter?

You can't unlock Dumbledore as a playable character in Lego Harry Potter. He appears in cutscenes and at specific points in the game, but you can't control him directly.

There are other characters you can unlock in the game, though! You can unlock them by collecting a certain number of golden bricks in each level.
