Dragonair is a Flying/Dragon-type Pokémon and is only found in the wild in the following ways:
* Level 45-50: Found in the Dragon's Den after you defeat the Elite Four.
* Level 60: Found in the Safari Zone after you have defeated the Elite Four.
Good rods in Pokémon Crystal are used to catch water-type Pokémon. They won't be effective in catching Dragonair.
