Can swablu evolve with a stone on Pokemon heartgold?

Swablu does not evolve with a stone in Pokémon HeartGold. Swablu evolves into Altaria by leveling up with high friendship.

Here's how it works:

1. Catch a Swablu.

2. Increase its friendship. You can do this by:

* Walking with Swablu in your party.

* Using Vitamins and/or Rare Candies on Swablu.

* Winning battles with Swablu.

* Using the "Grooming" option at the Pokémon Center.

3. Once Swablu's friendship is high enough, it will evolve into Altaria when it levels up.

You can check Swablu's friendship by talking to the person in the house next to the Pokémon Center in Goldenrod City.
