How do you catch latious in Pokemon Ruby?

You can't catch Lati@s in Pokemon Ruby.

Latias and Latios are exclusive to Pokemon Sapphire and Emerald respectively. To catch them, you'll need to play those games.

* Latias is found in Pokemon Sapphire.

* Latios is found in Pokemon Emerald.
