Important Notes:
* No Trading: You can't trade Pokémon in FireRed, so catching them all requires completing specific events within the game.
* Master Balls: The Master Ball is a rare item, and you only get one from the game. Consider using it on the Legendary you find most difficult to catch.
Legendary Pokémon:
* Articuno (Ice/Flying):
* Location: Seafoam Islands (After obtaining the National Dex).
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Electric, Rock, or Steel attacks.
* Zapdos (Electric/Flying):
* Location: Power Plant (After obtaining the National Dex).
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Ground, Rock, or Grass attacks.
* Moltres (Fire/Flying):
* Location: Victory Road (After obtaining the National Dex).
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Rock, Water, or Electric attacks.
* Mewtwo (Psychic):
* Location: Cerulean Cave (After obtaining the National Dex).
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Bug, Ghost, or Dark attacks.
* Note: Mewtwo is extremely powerful. Prepare a high-level team with strong moves.
* Mew (Psychic):
* Location: Unobtainable in FireRed. Mew is only available in the original Red and Blue versions through an event.
* Raikou (Electric):
* Location: After completing the Elite Four, head to the Safari Zone (where you found the Safari Zone warden) and it will appear.
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Ground, Grass, or Fighting attacks.
* Entei (Fire):
* Location: After completing the Elite Four, head to the Safari Zone (where you found the Safari Zone warden) and it will appear.
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Water, Rock, or Ground attacks.
* Suicune (Water):
* Location: After completing the Elite Four, head to the Safari Zone (where you found the Safari Zone warden) and it will appear.
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Grass, Electric, or Fighting attacks.
* Lugia (Psychic/Flying):
* Location: Whirl Islands (After obtaining the National Dex, and completing the Elite Four).
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Rock, Ghost, or Dark attacks.
* Ho-Oh (Fire/Flying):
* Location: Tin Tower (After obtaining the National Dex, and completing the Elite Four).
* Strategy: Use a Pokémon with strong Rock, Water, or Electric attacks.
General Tips:
* Prepare Your Team: Legendary Pokémon are incredibly strong. Make sure your team is high-level and well-trained.
* Status Conditions: Use moves like Thunder Wave, Sleep Powder, or Confuse Ray to weaken the Legendary before catching it.
* Ultra Balls: Ultra Balls are highly effective for capturing Legendary Pokémon.
* Timing is Key: Some Legendary Pokémon only appear at certain times of day.
* Patience: It can take multiple tries to catch a Legendary. Don't give up!
