Where can you get sand slash on Pokemon emerald?

You can't get Sand Slash in Pokemon Emerald. Sand Slash is a Pokemon from Generation IV (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum) and onwards. Pokemon Emerald is a Generation III game, so it doesn't contain any Pokemon from later generations.
