Deoxys is a Pokémon introduced in Generation III (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald), and it is not available in Generation II games like FireRed.
Even with the use of trading, you wouldn't be able to obtain Deoxys in FireRed, as there is no way to transfer Pokémon from Generation III games to Generation II games.
