You unlock Professor Flitwick in Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 on the Wii by completing the following:

1. Complete the "First Lesson" chapter in Year 1. This chapter introduces you to Flitwick and his Charms class.

2. Collect all 10 Red Bricks in the "First Lesson" chapter. Red Bricks are scattered throughout each level and unlock characters, items, and other features.

3. Once you've collected all 10 Red Bricks, Professor Flitwick will become playable.
