The Dawn Stone is a special evolution item introduced in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, but it was *exclusive to Diamond version*.
This means only players with Pokemon Diamond could evolve certain Pokemon using the Dawn Stone.
There is no way to get a Dawn Stone in Pokemon Pearl.
