The game does have some cool vehicles like the "Big MT" car, the "Vertibird", and the "Mojave Express" train, but a hoverboard is not one of them!
However, you can always try using mods to add this feature to your game! There are many talented modders out there who create amazing content for Fallout: New Vegas.
