How do you exchange moves for shards?

To exchange moves for shards in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Pokemon Center.

2. Speak with the person standing to the right of the reception counter.

3. Select the "Move Reminder" option.

4. Select the Pokemon you want to teach a new move to.

5. Select the move you want to learn from the list of available moves.

6. Select the "Remember Move" option.

7. Select the "Pay with Shards" option.

8. Pay the required number of Shards.

The Pokemon will learn the new move and you will lose the Shards you paid.
