1. Bring the right team. Make sure your team has a variety of Pokémon with different moves that can cover all types. It's also helpful to have a Pokémon with the move Dig to escape if things get too tough.
2. Stock up on items. Make sure you have plenty of healing items, such as Potions and Reviver Seeds. You'll also need some PP-restoring items, such as Ether and Elixir. If you can obtain some Oran berries, they are useful as well.
3. Be prepared for traps. Buried Relic is full of traps, so be prepared to dodge them. Some traps can be seen, while others are hidden. Be careful not to step on any of them, as they can cause damage or other negative effects.
4. Take your time. Don't rush through Buried Relic. Take your time and explore each floor thoroughly. There are hidden items and Pokémon everywhere. You'll miss many of them if you go too fast.
5. Rescue other Pokémon. As you explore Buried Relic, you'll find Pokémon who have been trapped. Rescue them, and they will join your team temporarily. This can be helpful as you have more Pokémon to help you fight and explore. Just make sure that the Pokémon you rescue are useful in combat so you aren't wasting space.
6. Use your Pokémon's abilities. Not all Pokémon are suited for battle, but many of them have unique abilities that can be helpful in exploring dungeons and solving puzzles. For example, some Pokémon can see hidden items, while others can break down walls. Use these abilities to your advantage as you progress through Buried Relic.
7. Don't give up. If you keep dying, don't give up. Just keep trying, and you'll eventually make it through.
