Is alex and Justin both the family wizard in of Waverly place?

Alex and Justin Russo are both the family wizards in the Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place. The show follows the Russo family, who are a family of wizards living in New York City. Alex and Justin are the oldest children of the family and are both in training to become wizards. Although Alex is the older sister, Justin is the more responsible and studious of the two. Alex is often getting into trouble, but Justin is always there to help her out.
