On fire red ive caught Mewtwo Moltres Zapdos and Articuno the only other legendary Pokemon i know are on game three dogs so would really like to how you catch them?

You're right! The three legendary dogs, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune, are only available in Pokémon Gold and Silver (and their remakes, HeartGold and SoulSilver). They aren't obtainable in FireRed.

Unfortunately, there's no way to catch these Pokémon in FireRed. The game's code and events don't include them.

To catch these legendary dogs, you'll need to:

1. Play Pokémon Gold, Silver, HeartGold, or SoulSilver. These are the only games where Entei, Raikou, and Suicune can be encountered.
