Omnimon X is a Digimon that debuted in Digimon Xros Wars and its related games. Digimon World Dusk is based on the older Digimon Adventure and Digimon Tamers series.
While you can obtain Omnimon (the original) in Digimon World Dusk, you cannot evolve your Digimon into Omnimon X.
