Where do i go to see a kabutops FireRed?

You can't actually find a Kabutops in FireRed. Kabutops is a Gen 2 Pokemon, meaning it was introduced in Generation 2 games (Gold, Silver, and Crystal).

While you can find Kabuto in FireRed, it will only evolve into Kabutops after trading it to a Generation 2 game. So you can't see a Kabutops in the wild or catch one directly in FireRed.
