Where do you find the ultra rod in Pokemon FireRed?

You can't find the Ultra Rod in Pokemon FireRed! It was introduced in later generations.

In FireRed, the strongest fishing rod is the Good Rod. You can get it from the Old Man in the house next to the Pokemon Center in Goldenrod City, after you've caught 30 different types of Pokemon.
