Is there any check point in Tomb Raider the angel of darkness?

Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness does not have traditional checkpoints in the same way that many other games do. There's no saving at specific points throughout the level.

However, the game does have a few mechanisms that serve a similar purpose:

* Auto-Saving: The game auto-saves at certain points during gameplay, particularly after completing major objectives or scenes.

* Manual Saving: Lara can manually save her progress by finding and interacting with specific objects in the environment, often referred to as "Save Points." These are not checkpoints in the traditional sense, but they allow you to manually save your progress.

* Quick Load: If you die, you can quickly reload your last auto-save, effectively acting as a checkpoint.

While it's not a perfect system, it does allow for some degree of progress saving. However, it's important to note that the game's save system was criticized at the time of its release for being unreliable and potentially frustrating for players.
