How do you unlock DrEggman in sonic all-stars racing transformed?

You don't unlock Dr. Eggman in *Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed*. He is a playable character from the start of the game. You don't need to complete any challenges or tasks to use him.

You can select him from the character selection screen right away.
