Do any Sonic games for the NDS include a Chao World?

No, none of the Sonic games for the Nintendo DS feature a Chao Garden or anything similar to it.

The Chao Garden was a feature introduced in Sonic Adventure (Dreamcast) and it was featured in a few other games, including:

* Sonic Adventure 2 (Dreamcast, GameCube, PC)

* Sonic Heroes (GameCube, PS2, Xbox)

* Sonic Advance 2 (Game Boy Advance)

* Sonic Advance 3 (Game Boy Advance)
