Gale Seeds are a rare item that can be found in the following locations in the game:
- Behind a building when you first arrive in the Hidden Cloud Village.
- On the ground of the bridge that connects the Hidden Cloud Village to the valley below.
- On the ground behind a building in the valley below the Hidden Cloud Village.
- In the valley below the bridge, there are two tall pillars overlooking a large waterfall.
- Go to the top of the smaller pillar and look between two rock outcroppings to find the item.
