How does Antigone feel about her fate?
Antigone accepts her fate bravely and defiantly. She knows from the beginning that she will die for burying her brother, and she is prepared for this outcome. She does not want to die, but she believes that she must do what she believes is right, even if it means sacrificing her life. When Creon sentences her to death, she tells him that she is "proud to die" for her brother and that she looks forward to being reunited with him in the afterlife.
