Smeargle can be found in the following locations in Pokémon Pearl:
* Route 203: This is the most common place to find Smeargle. It can be found roaming in the tall grass.
* Grand Underground: You have a chance to encounter Smeargle while exploring the Grand Underground.
However, the Pokémon Mansion is located on Route 204, and Smeargle is not one of the Pokémon that appear there.
