The staff card can be obtained by digging the dirt piles found in the following areas:

- Great Canyon: Near the second exit to the Forest Terminal.

- Frozen Glacier: Near the middle of the lower icy area and near the entrance to the Misty Ruins.

- Misty Ruins: Near the exit to the Volcano.
