In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, you can catch fish Pokémon by fishing in any body of water. You will need a fishing rod to fish, which can be purchased at the Poké Mart in any town.
To fish, simply equip the fishing rod and use it on a body of water. A bobber will be thrown into the water, and you will need to wait for a fish to bite. When a fish bites, press the A button to reel it in.

Catching rare fish
Some fish Pokémon are rare and difficult to catch. Here are a few tips for catching rare fish:
* Fish in the right area. Some fish Pokémon only appear in certain areas. For example, the Feebas can only be found in the Mt. Coronet area.
* Use the right bait. Different fish Pokémon prefer different types of bait. For example, the Mantine can only be caught with Rawst Berries.
* Be patient. It may take some time to catch a rare fish. Don't get discouraged if you don't catch one right away.
