1. Prepare. Get Pokeballs, Repels, and a Pokemon with the ability "Thief."
2. Find the ideal location. Search for tall grass, water bodies, or caves with the Pokemon you wish to encounter.
3. Use Repel. Apply a Repel to avoid encounters. This helps save time because you only battle the desired Shiny Pokémon.
4. Encounter Pokémon. Engage in random encounters until the desired Pokemon appears.
5. Use "Thief." If you have a Pokemon with the ability "Thief" in your party, use it against wild Pokémon. This action has a small chance of acquiring a held item, which may include Shiny Stones or Nuggets.
6. Acquire the Shiny Stone or Nugget. If you obtain a Shiny Stone or Nugget from "Thief," use it on the Pokemon you wish to evolve into a Shiny. If the Pokemon can't evolve, you can trade the Shiny Stone with a friend for their Shiny Pokemon.
7. Repeat Steps 4-6 until you find a Shiny Pokemon.
