How do you make your Pokemon card shiny?

You cannot make a Pokemon card shiny if it was not printed as a shiny card. If you want to obtain shiny cards, you must find out what sets contain them and buy packs from those sets as they are the only sets that will provide you with shiny Pokemon cards.
