1. Beat the game: The Clear Bell is found in the Celadon Department Store after you've become the Pokemon League Champion.
2. Travel to Celadon: Head back to Celadon City.
3. Enter the Department Store: Go to the Celadon Department Store, located on the west side of the city.
4. Head to the 5th Floor: Take the elevator or stairs to the fifth floor.
5. Talk to the man: On the 5th floor, you'll find a man standing next to a display case. Talk to him.
6. He will give you the Clear Bell: After speaking with the man, he will give you the Clear Bell.
What does the Clear Bell do?
The Clear Bell is an important item for training your Pokemon. It allows you to:
* Teach moves to Pokemon: The Clear Bell allows you to teach moves to your Pokemon that are normally not able to learn them.
* Change the Move Tutor's available moves: The Move Tutor's selection of moves changes based on what Pokemon you've encountered in your game. The Clear Bell can help you get a wider variety of moves for your Pokemon.
Important Note:
The Clear Bell is not the same as the Shiny Charm, which you get from Professor Oak for completing the National Pokedex. The Shiny Charm increases the chance of encountering Shiny Pokemon.
