It was a fictional, temporary form used by Yugi Muto in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series. It was a combination of Yugi's spirit and the spirit of the ancient Egyptian Pharaoh Atem (also known as Yami Yugi).
While some fans have created custom cards based on the Chaos Shield concept, it does not exist as an official Konami card.
