Leon began her modeling career at the age of 13, appearing in a campaign for Material Girl, a clothing line designed by Madonna. She has since gone on to model for brands such as Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, and Versace. In 2018, she was named the face of Miu Miu's fragrance, "Fleur d'Argent".
In addition to her modeling career, Leon has also pursued a career in acting. She made her film debut in 2013, appearing in the short film "Madonna: Secret Project Revolution".
