Lift one foot about an inch off the ground.
Lift the heel of the raised foot so the ball and toe point downward but does not yet touch the floor.
Move the lifted foot forward and slightly down, allowing the ball and underside of the toe brush forward on the floor, then lift the foot just up off the ground. This slight forward brushing makes the first sound.
Put the ball and underside of your toe back onto the ground, as if stopping the forward motion of your foot. Do not put all of your weight onto this foot, simply rest the ball and underside of toe on the ground. This makes the second sound.
