1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
2. Click on the Insert tab in the ribbon.
3. In the Audio group, click on the Audio dropdown and select Audio from File...
4. Browse to the location of your audio file and select it.
5. Click Insert.
Step 2: Set the audio to play automatically
1. Click on the audio icon on the slide.
2. In the Audio Tools Format tab in the ribbon, click on the Playback group.
3. Check the Play in slide show checkbox.
4. In the Start dropdown, select Automatically.
Step 3: Set the audio to loop
1. In the Playback group, click on the Loop Until Stopped checkbox.
Step 4: Adjust the audio volume
1. In the Audio Tools Format tab in the ribbon, click on the Volume group.
2. Use the Volume slider to adjust the volume of the audio.
Step 5: Preview your slideshow
1. Click on the Slide Show tab in the ribbon.
2. Click on the From Beginning button to start your slideshow.
The audio file will now play automatically throughout your slide show. You can adjust the volume and loop settings at any time during your slide show.
