Is rouge the bat pain in butt?

Rouge the Bat is a character in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. She is a treasure hunter and jewel thief, and is often portrayed as a rival to Sonic the Hedgehog. While she can be mischievous and sometimes troublesome, she is not necessarily a "pain in the butt" in the sense of being a constant annoyance or hindrance. In fact, she has been known to help Sonic and his friends on occasion.
