Here are the steps for the Jingle Bell Rock:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
2. Hold your arms at your sides and bend them at the elbows so that your hands are near your chest.
3. Take a step to the right with your right foot and swing your left foot behind it so that it crosses over your right foot.
4. Bring your left foot back to the starting position and then step to the left with your left foot and swing your right foot behind it so that it crosses over your left foot.
5. Continue to step to the right and left, swinging your opposite foot behind each time, for 8 counts.
6. On the 9th count, step forward with your right foot and bring your left foot to meet it.
7. On the 10th count, step back with your left foot and bring your right foot to meet it.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for 4 counts.
9. On the 17th count, jump up and spread your arms and legs wide.
10. On the 18th count, land back on the ground and bring your arms and legs back to the starting position.
