Instructions:
1. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the beef tenderloin and sear until browned on all sides.
4. Add the garlic and rosemary to the skillet.
5. Pour the red wine into the skillet and reduce by half.
6. Add the demi-glace to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
7. Cook the beef tenderloin for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness.
8. Let the beef tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
