What part of the safari zone is riolu in soul silver?

Riolu is not found in the Safari Zone in Pokémon SoulSilver.

Here's where you can find Riolu in SoulSilver:

* By breeding: You can breed a Riolu from a Lucario that knows "Egg Move" "Aura Sphere".

* By trading: You can obtain Riolu by trading with another player.

There are no Pokémon in SoulSilver's Safari Zone that evolve into Riolu or Lucario.
