When in naruto does Deidara get his arms back?

Deidara never gets his arms back in Naruto. He loses them during his fight with Sasuke in the Sasuke Retrieval Arc.

Here's what happens:

* Deidara uses his ultimate jutsu, C4: Detonating Clay, which explodes in a massive blast.

* He sacrifices his arms to control the explosion, but it's ultimately unsuccessful in killing Sasuke.

* Deidara dies from the explosion's backlash, along with some of the other Akatsuki members.

Therefore, he remains armless for the rest of the series.
