Step 1: Starting Position
- Stand facing your partner, with both of you holding hands and slightly bent at the knees.
- The left foot of the man is placed next to the right foot of the woman.
Step 2: Basic Step
- The man and woman take a step to the right with the left foot and then a step to the left with the right foot, alternating feet.
- As you step to the right, swing your left arm forward and your right arm back, and vice versa when stepping to the left.
Step 3: Heel-Click
- After the basic step, the man lifts his left foot slightly and clicks it against his right heel.
- The woman does the same, lifting her right foot to click it against her left heel.
Step 4: Turning Steps
- To turn to the right, the man and woman take a small step to the left with their left foot and then pivot on the left foot, bringing the right foot next to it.
- To turn to the left, repeat the same steps, but pivot on the right foot.
Step 5: Hopping Steps
- For the hopping steps, the man hops on his left foot while bringing the right foot forward, then hops on the right foot while bringing the left foot back, alternating feet.
- The woman does the same, but hopping on her right foot and bringing the left foot forward.
Step 6: Closing Steps
- To end the dance, the man and woman take a step forward with their left foot, bringing their bodies close together.
- Then, they step back with the right foot, creating space between each other.
- Repeat the forward and back steps a few times, alternating feet.
Step 7: Ending Pose
- Finish the dance by holding each other's hands and bowing slightly.
